I've tried 3 times today to send the following event, only to see a blank page:

Three festive items from Luminaires past have returned for the remainder of the month! Happy Lumi, everyone!!

I follow my own shop to double check notifications, and received none. I confirmed with another follower that they had also not received a notification. There was no error message, time out, Cloudflare error/Heroku error. I have recently seen events from other CW shops, so I know they must be working at least part of the time/for some users.

Having the same issues which sucks because the sale is ending soon and with this error we can't send a reminder to our followers that the sale is ending :(

Same same. :( I tried two or three times today, changing the text the last time in case there was some issue there, but no dice.

got a few events from your shop, so maybe they're just stuck af somewhere? idk, I've tried sending some yesterday and today and have just given up. getting the black page there, and application errors elsewhere. feeling kinda fed up of it tbh. It's pretty much the only time I send events now, so for it to be broken is frustrating.

Ooof, I really hope all my attempts don't just show up and clog my followers' feeds. XD I had some other mysterious errors going on when trying to reorganize my shop this morning, so I wonder if they're currently working on shops and things are a bit broken while they work? Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Still having this issue. :/ I've tried to send a few shop events in the past days but every attempt has ended up with a blank page and no event going through.

Thanks for getting back to us! Unfortunately the events still don't seem to work. I've tried twice today and got a white page both times and no event showed up. I don't remember seeing many shop events from the shops I follow either in the past few weeks.

[edit] Friend reported that they got two of my shop events from when I was taking the screenshot. Honestly I probably pressed the button a few more times than two while at it plus I've tried sending some earlier today as well. So some of the attempts for through so some people? :''D I'm still not getting my own events even though I follow my own shop.

I'm getting the same result as when I try to send an event (blank white page).

Welp, I've just gone and sent an event to all of my followers and it went through successfully. (Sorry to all my shop followers for the spam..) I guess that means it is only a partial failure .

Could you please let me know how many followers your shops have? Can you also let me know what the exact text of the event is you are trying to send?

Also, do you happen to know around which date this issue started to happen?

Weird! I will say that I had a shop purchase immediately after sending the first event below, though I follow my own shop and did not receive the event myself. So, like Bunshroom, the events are probably reaching some people but not others.

I actually follow your shop but didn't get your event! D: I started having the problem around the end of the Black Friday sale but I've definitely seen some shop events during the time I've been having issues. Even before I started having the issues at the start of the month there has been several cases where a same event comes multiple times from the same shop so it might be also because they've been trying to send events and it's not working at their end.

My shop has 170 followers.

Over the weeks I've also tried variations that have no apostrophes, symbols and item codes. I think the simplest test events have been just a couple of words with nothing extra added but none have come through at my end.

Ah, you didn't get my event? Oh dear, thank you for letting me know. That is pretty upsetting because I didn't actually get a blank page, I even got the nice green Success message Dx

Edit 12/28: I'm REALLY getting frustrated with this because as someone who does limited seasonal releases, not being able to send events REALLY cuts down on how many people know to visit my shop before things retire and with this having been happen for almost a solid month now, especially during Black Friday i really feel let down. I tried again to send an event today because I have items I was going to retire January 1st but STILL being unable to send an event makes me really worry people are going to miss out on these items without ever having gotten an event warning of the retirments.

I just tried sending an event from my cw shop and this is what I got D; I tested it with a friend and she said she didn't get the notification from my shop.
