- Thanks for putting on the link. The festival looks like so much fun and people go to a lot of trouble to dress up. You did so much driving though! Is the camping they offer unappealing? Also, do you already work in the shop you described, or do you work there only when the festival is on? I clicked on the food link because I was wondering if they try to emulate the food of the renaissance era, but it didn't mention what they sell.
Went to see Steven Martin and Martin Short last night. It was an old-fashioned format of comedy but so funny and enjoyable. I'm in Australia and they've probably already done their tour of the U.S. If you didn't see them, and of course if you like them, I think one of the shows was filmed for Netflix. (I don't know what city the show was filmed in though) They even adapted some of their jokes to fit a Sydney audience. Not all comedians bother to do that! :)

I saw some one the shows on Netflix that Steve Martin and Martin Short did . It would be even better to see them in person. 😆
: That photo of you at the ren fair is wonderful, pretty much making me wish I had taken a selfie of myself when I was at a medieval fair a couple months ago. Got to borrow a friends medieval LARP clothes for it, and we went 3 of us all dresssed up. Met serveral of my riends there who also was dressed up. It really brings one closer to the experience right?
At this festival they also sell food based on what were most likely made back then, though it is also mixed with ren-ish foods especiallywhen it comes to the sweet food.. Oh and pancakes.. The one I got didnt taste very good though, but hey I got to buy some salt I've been looking for for ages: nettle salt.. It goes so well with a stew, tomatosoups or on light meat like chicken. Have thought of experimenting with salting some cod or other natural danish fish to see what the result will be. ( if you should be curious the festival is called Horsens middelalderfestival. )

I did get quests in, but have avoided the wizards yesterday, and forever been avoiding -Major Drills, I find I often have to do things I cant figure out with him ^^;;
Are my US friends ready for Thanksgiving, yet? I bought all the special ingredients today, and I pick up my turkey on Monday. Looking forward to it! Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday!
