Right now, the reward for handing in Snowflaik is and some SP (I got 78K when handing my Snowflaik)

While it's not a terrible reward, it has been the reward for the last what...10 years? Most people already have one/several Patch, so they're not inclined to turn Snowflaik in.

However, if turning in Snowflaik gave us a good chance at getting or , people might have more interest in that! Jakyl and Halloeve have not been in the patch for close to a decade, I think it would be a fair way to bring some back in the system, making hunting for Snowflaik actually fun again, and without lowering people's chances at other minions.

I like this idea too, especially since those guys are needed for an achievement and they're super expensive right now. This would be a nice way to put some more in circulation.

I turned in a Snowflaik as well, simply to check if the reward changed, and I wouldn't be mad if that was implemented. People ignore the "Turning Snowflaik to Jaxon" part and it would allow more Jakyls/Halloeve for the achievement as well.

There is no way these should be worth 40M. No friggin way :D

I've stopped turning Snowflaiks in after I got the achievement. Patch is basically pocket change because it was the only reward for... what? 4 years now? 5? More? I don't even know. Adding those two as possible rewards would definitely add some much-needed reward variety.

If you can turn in Snowflaik more than once, then maybe the achievement can be given more tiers with those minions as prizes?

I don't like the idea of achievement rewards as much, because it would be limited to 1 per user. Let people get more than one Halloeve/Jakyl if they want one. We're not limited on the number of Patch we can get.

Yeah, I don't really understand why those two need to be so special compared to all of the other minions associated with the Pumpkin Patch. The only reason those are so expensive is because they haven't been given out for a while. All of the other Pumpkin Patch minions are like 50-100k or so, it makes zero sense to me that those should be worth 40 mil in comparison. It really just feels like they're rare for no reason other than like, they just are.

I have been wondering where they have been. Amber teased about them last year or the year before. Anyway, I really like this idea. I have so many Snowflaiks just chilling in my vault/extra gallery.

Both years; people said Amber mentioned them last year, and I know I personally pestered her two years ago.

Also, I realized that making the Snowflaik recovery a tiered achievement would not work, because it would completely crash Patch's price - and we don't really want an overflow of Patch either :D

Which is absolutely what would happen if they were tiered achievement rewards.

I think I actually stopped turning in snowflaik after the first time I did it to get Patch. I've only gotten 2 additional ones since then, and both snowflaiks are in one of my galleries. That said, I think opening the achievement to getting different minions for turning in snowflaik is a pretty good idea as well.

I also just accidentally handed in a Snowflaik I had found not even looking and thinking I was clicking through to the pumpkin patch. D'oh! Definitely didn't need another Patch lol.

This sounds great. Right now there's really no reason to turn in a second Snowflaik. Maybe a random chance to get one of any of Jaxon's minions except Snowflaik/the newly released one?
