Oh, oops! x) It's a tribute item for Baba is You! Baba's design is a bit hard to make a tribute of, since it's so simplistic, so I can understand how it'd look like a balloon...
I adapted Baba's design to look like a bunny as well, trying to keep it recognizable but also in like with the 4 changes I have to do to get CWs approved. :'o so... it's not really a balloon, and it both is and isn't a bunny. Kind of complicated :')
