I really like vanilla. Not my absolute favourite or anything, but it's the flavour I usually opt for first if I'm buying a new brand or from a new shop; if their vanilla is good their other stuff is likely to be too.
I tend to enjoy fruit sorbets more than heavier traditional ice creams; berry flavours are my favourite. I also tend to like berry flavours in traditional ice creams too.
Can't pick on favorite....

Mint chocolate chip!
Though coffee or butter pecan with hot fudge are also good.
Sea salt caramel. Bonus points if it has a fudge swirl. <3
Chunky Monkey.
But I usually buy vanilla (for home) because I like ‘doing things’ with it
:D
I’ll crunch up Oreo cookies and put in vanilla Or I’ll put bananas and warm up chocolate syrup on it
My favorite is mint chip. I also love moose tracks and taro or ube (if it's a purple root, I'll eat it).
If we're talking fancy, probably the stuff with brownie/fudge chunks. My favourite from the supermarket is Rocky Road. For memories, Goody Goody Gum Drops or Hokey Pokey (New Zealand).

at Cold Stone, I used to love mixing Blueberry and Banana flavors together but they stopped serving both flavors at the same time, Blueberry has become particularly rare, like seasonal or something.
Chocolate cookies and cream has been my favorite lately. But if I am being honest, I will usually choose frozen custard over ice cream if given the choice.
[Flower=Lydiah] -Can bite for Butterfly Bruise
I absolutely love just plain vanilla. Mix it up with oreos and mmmmm.
Hot fudge syrup and brownie chunks!
