I would love to take advice from more experienced players about what is your item routine!
Especially your extras, those pesky items that are cheap and you think they are not worthy to put on your shop.
Thank you for the help <3
I put cheap items in my shop because people will buy a lot of them for quests or for fragging.
you can either collect them in galleries if you like them, or maybe you can use some of them in your pet treasures? You can also put them in the Fragmentizer in Darkside to get Crystals for the Crystal shop, or donate food items to Charity. I usually use the Fragmentizer because I need lots of stuff from that shop ^^
And don't they sit there for ages?
Is there another good place to dump items other than the fragmentizer?
I really need to think about my pets more.. the treasures and some backstory (but I'm being lazy xD)
other than straight up donating or deleting via the quickstock, i don't think so....
i know that feel, haha :D maybe you can randomly pick five of those items and try to come up with a story that involves all of them? ^^
Thanks for the help :D I'm going to try that u.u
I am trying to Spsprint for my first 100mill so I was curious about what other players do
When you do quests do you buy items from the main shops if they're cheaper in player shops? A good proportion of my shop sales are those items which are cheaper in my shop than in the main shops.
PS: If your cheap items are priced in your shop it's easy to get at them when doing your own quests
If anything, cheap items fly off the shelves and my most expensive items are the ones that sit in my shop for ages.
However, that still being said, I frag everything under 30k. I'm just in need of crystals, though.
Especially since it seems you have a gold account you should put everything in and autoprice if you're looking for sP. I don't have gold and hand price everything so another reason why I don't bother with things under 30k.
Agree with just shoving it in a shop and selling it. Autoprice with the gold account is super useful, tbh, and after I autoprice I sort out anything under 1k and then frag it. I'm not in any particular need of crystals and the number has no special meaning to me, it's just one that I picked out of the blue.
With more incentive to do quests as of late due to the holiday items going out stuff doesn't tend to stay long, and every weekend there's a huge uptick in sales too because of the weekend special quest.
But yeah, your options are basically sell extras in a shop, throw them at Charity if it's food, toss them in the donation center or sell them to the Pawn Shop guy, collect for whatever reason, or delete them and it's up to each individual user what they do with them.
I've created a "junk" gallery where I toss the items I don't feel like fragmenting, and then go looking there when Recycle Beast asks for things. The Fragmentizer is a handy thing for worthless items, though, for sure, if you don't want to be a hoarder like some of us. <_<
I usually always need things from the Crystal shop, so I put all of my cheap items into the fragmentizer and usually only sell more expensive items in my shop.
I think it really depends on what you need. If you want to make more sP, then selling extra items in your shop is probably more beneficial. If you need fragging crystals, then do that. If you want to clear out your shop of things that haven't sold in a while, donate or delete the extra items. Some people also just keep lots of stuff in their vault for quests and things, so they don't have to buy it from another user maybe.
Its hard to predict but also the recycle beast takes items. Usully if you're wanting to make something off your extras be willing to do what it takes with them. Some people want to buy more crystals some will pay well for harder to get recycle best items. If you CNN convert your extras into my thing to sell for straight up sp go for books and food. Those two will do best to pull in sp.
FINALLY GOT THE 15K WARDROBE DONE!!!!! Next up gutting and selling it.
Thanks everyone for taking a minute and give your input ^^
yeah I see you point!
Thanks for the feedback! <3 I think I need to browse the crystal shop and see what is there that might interest me too
Never selled to the Pawn Shop :O and also never thought of autopricing first and then checking the under 1k or 10k and remove then. It seems to be a lot faster than what I do, first checking in inventory and then putting in the shop
I try not to be xD thanks for the feedback!
Tried keeping things in the vauls but it gets so messy and full X-X
Yes that's a good idea too. Also I was thinking of searching what stores are best to try restocking!
Basically frag everything under the value of 1700 sP and sell the rest.
I have no reason why 1700 sP ...
I either fragmentize them or put them in my vault to be used later for the Recycle Beast or for quests. Honestly I just like to hoard pixels.
If I like it, I put it in my Gallery; I don't care how much it costs! If I'm indifferent, I stick it in a shop. Whenever I get a gold account, I'll autoprice it.
If it's a holiday item I have a ton of subsections in my vault for everything and I throw it in there. Items from battling/quentin go into a specific gallery of "extras" that I use for the beast. And I am so so so lazy that everything else just gets thrown into my shop for someone else to grab.
I think if SP is all that's important, throw it in your shop. Someone will end up grabbing it for quests eventually.

I don't think a lot of users actually use the Pawn Shop unless it's for a Major Drills quest or buying from it for quests, which is listed as ????? in the user shop search if an item is in there for sale and sometimes it's cheaper than store or user price shops.
Honestly the autopricer is 99% of reason why people get a GA, and it makes things so much faster when dealing with shops over manual pricing, especially if you have a lot of items. I only check over my inventory for anything in my wishlist or that will potentially go into my prize shop for events, the rest gets dumped and sold or fragged but I'm honestly not that much of a hoarder so.
The vault does have categories like the wishlist, but you have to manually set up said categories and move stuff into them and that can be time consuming. I do agree with Kore that you are best selling food and books if you want money, those go fast because of battlers and people chasing the gourmand achievement.
If I can't sell them to the pawn shop, I fragmentize them, and if I can't do that, I donate. Sometimes I'll put items in pet treasure or in my gallery, but that's rare right now since I'm poor af.
