Hopefully it’s treatable with antibiotics. This opportunity will for sure be a great one, it will be in insurance, Medicare I believe. The company has opportunity for advancement, so, that’s great! I did when I first joined! Completely forgot about it until now

I had a rough day at work today. The new guy who hadn't even finished training yet up and quit. He was supposed to be there for weekends and so I can go back to my usual hours, but now it's looking like I'm gonna be permanently 5 days a week and extended hours. AWESOME paycheck, but leaving me a very exhausted Mackenzi. I am sad about it but my boss/patient's birthday is this Sunday and I'm going to try to make this week go as smooth as possible and get him to his party Sunday evening with as little fuss so he can enjoy it.

Definitely gonna do some retail therapy this week haha, I can't go too over budget but I am gonna buy myself some books off my wishlist to make myself feel better. Always some good deals on used books online.

Anyway! Congrats winners of WWIB! I love that halo item so much and I especially loved all the animal/scenery entries, they where so precious and creative. Also I am so excited to use a new monthly collection item this week, the tree theme is so lovely.

I'm sorry you are so tired from working so much. I hope things get better soon/quickly. My work is a pain right now and will be until we figure out how we are all going to cope with the management changes. I'm not sure I'll be able to stick around for much after the change. I really don't get along well with the person that is going to be our new manager/boss... But hubby has gotten a promotion that should pay him a decent amount more. So -maybe- I'll be able to do whatever I need to...

I am still debating the name change. You are right about someone else taking it eventually. I'm a little surprised it's still available. The longer I way the more likely it will get taken out from under me... but I'm hesitant because I do CW releases now too... I dont want to lose what little traction I might have with people knowing my username?...

Management changes can change the entire atmosphere of the job. I'm sorry you're dealing with that! My mom was pushed into an early retirement because of a terrible manager, but that guy was a grade-A sociopath. I hope your situation gets smoother! Fingers crossed for your hubby's promotion.

You have a good point about the CW releases! Totally understandable that you don't want to confuse people by switching names. But you do have a ping group specifically for people to keep track of your releases, so I think that balances out at least a little bit? And people will remember "True Colors" even if you and/or Calliopead change usernames!

very true.. on all accounts. The manager is going to change the atmosphere in the whole place. And It's not to an atmosphere I'm happy about. She's very stressful and stressed and doesn't manage people well and will soon have a whole building of people "under her"... she's not prepared, we are not prepared... it's just going to be so... well... bad, I think. I'm going to try and find another job in the meantime. Hopefully it wont be so bad before I can get out of there.

For the username, yeah, I do have the ping group and I can always put it in my sig so that people can see that it's me still.. lol
