When you get to the end and the chest doesn't open, that usually means that you don't have any moves left. You still have to have a move left to open the chest.

Are you guys still having this issue? I just played fine with Chrome. If not, I suggest you make sure that your browser is up to date and that you don't have any adblockers or add ons that may be stopping it from working.
