You may notice that we've made a few changes to the Ticket Center. The most noteworthy change is that we've simplified and streamlined the process a bit, and overall made it easier to get to where you need to go when you need some staff help.

Based on continuing feedback, we have improved the language of the "I want to report a bug" section. The ticket creation page has also been tweaked to be more readable/aesthetically pleasing, as well. :D
