We do use NPC accounts when it's appropriate. Sometimes we use them with shop items, sometimes we don't. When it comes to important things (pet releases, features, friendly challengers, etc) we use NPCs!

Not to say items aren't important, but sometimes we just want to do a quick generic news post for a release and we can't always do that if we use an NPC account (because you gotta have their voice/tone used). :x
