It appears you have an existing commissions topic that is still open on the second page that was created in May of this year.

As that topic is still under 3 months old, I’m going to go ahead and lock this one as per the art market rules you’re only allowed one type of open topic at a time.

That means you may have 1 open buying and selling, but not two of the same type open at a time. I.E. 2 of the same buying, 2 of the same selling, etc until the original has reached the third page where it may then be requested to be locked.
