Yay, weekend is here ^_^ Gonna spend the evening on here, catching up!

Definitely feels great when breaking a new Level! Am excited to reach new Goals (like beating an Opponent, eventually, too!) I am finding it easier now I can use a freezer in Tier 3..

The Machines are what I call the Bullies that turn up on BQ 11, so I can't continue, lol (usually Mechalag or Canaak) :P

I'm still debating getting one, I just found the news post amusing. Here it is Ether. Everyone is basically saying how it's too expensive and how no one will ever buy one. I can't believe it was back in 2007

I love Suits haha I'm not a big fan (so far) of Pearson, but I really like the character Jessica Pearson, so I hope it gets a bit better hahaha (The main reason that I'm not a big fan is not that it's bad, but because it doesn't have the comedy Suits has :P)

My only concern with it being upgraded is that most t9 weapons are underwhelming and don't really following you into higher tiers. It's like sacrificing defense for healing, or damage for defense.

I like how it is now, there's not much in the way of t9 weapons that deal that damage with that defense (light block is already hard enough to find)

Unless they make it scalable? Idk I'm just worried they could do harm instead of good with it

I mean, you could steal your weapon back or blast it with soma/rblaster. I always find that satisfying. If I can’t use it, no one can! >=/

BONA can stop weapons from being stolen. However, there’s a % chance of activation so it won’t be active 100% of the time. Once active, it only lasts for 3 turns so you could be open again for stealing after 3 turns. Some opponents steal a lot more frequently than others. For them, it’s not always enough to just generate steal fodder, you may want to also use bona and OHS to protect from stealing. The gelatin stomper was the extreme case where I borrowed the ether and modded it and OHS with all bona. I have never had to do that with any other challenger but he stole A LOT. Even then there was no guarantee he wouldn’t steal the very first turn before I got my defenses up.

Battling takes strategy and the strategy starts by knowing your opponents and what their weapons do. From there, you look at your set and choose your mods based on your opponent and the weapon you have. If you don’t have enough defense, you need to add defense mods. If your opponent freezes, you need to protect from freezing. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices if your weapon is ideal. Then it is trial and error.
