I think I have the astigmatism thingy too. I wonder why you can wear contacts and I can't. Anyway, I don't care that I have to wear glasses, I just wish they would put a strong enough prescription in them. Yes so many gadgets these days. I wouldn't probably buy one but for free I'm happy with it. It doesn't hold much and I like to freeze some soup when I make some. Any plans this week-end? I'm doing my usual chores and now that I'm on a roll I hope to get some more cleaning/organizing/weeding junk out done. :-P It's like a ghost town here and I was thinking it's perfect to go do some things as no one is out and about.

I hear ya! Everything here is shut down and while it barely affects me it's hard for my daughter's social life now. And I just worry about all of the people not being able to work because their kids are out of school. Hopefully, this crap passes soon!! 🙏

Other then stuff being shut down not too bad. I'm applying for remote jobs currently and thinking about opening a blackmarket babysitting gig for my neighbors with kids if they need to go to work lol

She's great! I went and bought her some food from one of her favorite restaurants so she's happy now. I probably hate that all of her stuff was cancelled more than she does. I went to the store today and it was a weird atmosphere - and so many men shopping. Not sure why that is.

I have no idea :O I didn’t know some people didn’t have the option to use contacts. That sucks! My face is pretty oily so wearing my glasses is extremely frustrating. My glasses are always slipping down, I HATE IT DX It’s a ghost town there? Not here. People are going wild at the stores right now. I’ve never seen anything like it. Usually we get something similar to this when a hurricane is rolling in but not to this extent. No plans this weekend, my husband works so we will just be staying in (: We will be staying in for quite a while with this mess going on.

I'll have to ask about contacts next time I go. I've only been wearing glasses full time for about 7 years. I just thought they told me I wasn't a candidate for contacts because of what I thought it was called sygmatism. LOL! :-P Also, I now have dry eye so I probably can't anyway. Grrrrr! I used to have majorly oily skin so I get what you are saying. No ghost town here at the stores but everyone shopping looks like the type that don't usually shop. Every place else is empty though. This mess just keeps getting worse doesn't it?

That babysitting idea it is good! In Portugal the schools are close, but the parents can stay at home with them, and receive 70% of salary.

Totally off topic, and I never have this problem when I see it, but today when I saw your username I got Dirty Diana stuck in my head -_- Dang it, woman. Going to be singing that all day now lol I wonder if yours is different than mine? I just got these last year though, so I wonder if they are newer contacts? :O The doctor told me my eyes won't be working so hard with these ones, like they were with the older ones shrugs They are a bit pricier than normal too. It really is getting worse D: I'm glad I don't have to see it. If I was still working I think it would make me worry more seeing the people go nuts at the store. Me being at home kinda keeps me in the dark a little XD
