we did a pork butt in the IP, and OMG it was SO Tender and juicy, it fell right off the bone, and I could barely get it out of the pot, every time i grabbed a chunk it fell apart :D EVEN the hubby liked it! I'm putting THAT in the freezer, for sure.

(i also used it some of it the next day, and made a 'lo-carb' veggie lo-mein, of course, it wasn't veggie, since i had meat in it. but it was SO Good, even said it was good)....so I'm going to make more today, just have to figure out how to fix it seperate (since she doesn't like all the veggies i put in it) :)

AND if i can remember WHAT and HOW Much i put of everything in it. lol it was another one of those "just throw this in there, and i remember this sauce had this and that, but lets add this too and what else am I supposed to put in it?" :D

i am doing pretty good today, how are you? also you know how you weren't sure about the Pokemon Let's Go games, even if they say they are short i think its a hoot. instead of battling the wild pokemon down health to catch you have throw the ball just right and i have been having a blast. some move too which can be a little challenging and the poke ball does make it a little more fun as it blinks as its catching and vibrates when you do. you can also hear the pokemon cries when you do. i also have pikachu on my shoulders and mew following. you get mew if you get the poke ball. i'm just super excited for it, LOL xD

Awwww, that was so sweet of him though! Now I'm hungry XD LOL! Is he an ass in a funny way? XD

Oh yes I have played all the animal crossing games. I love it!! and I have a sneaking suspicion you are gonna need nintendo online for it to like visit friends islands to like get fruit your island doesn't have and stuff

haha thats alright i don't think it comes out till March 20th?? and even then i probably won't get it till June.. need time to recoup monies since i bought the switch. xD did you play the designer one, or the amiibo party one.. those two don't look as good as all the others.

heh. no. he's an ass= hurt my feelings, make me cry, want to scream and throw things at him way. hahahahaaaaa

he just doesn't handle things very well. his first reaction is "WHAT THE "H" ARE YOU STUPID" (well. he doesn't say stupid) but every single time that I've really need help/him, he's come through for me. if it wasn't for him and my kids, i wouldn't have been able to get through my mom's death. when we lost the house, and i thought for sure i was going to be out in the street, he came through with finding us a place.

and now that the kids are grown and out of the house, he's much more 'relaxed' (oh. and when he gets money, he's pretty relaxed and generous) so really. the other times, i need to really shut up and put up with it.

at least he doesn't go to the bars. or pick up other women. or gamble or do drugs (ooops. that last one is me) :D hahahaaaaa

and like the other night, when he brought home shrimp and chicken, that was a big surprise, without me asking for anything. he's a good guy.

lol as long as he keeps working and leaves me alone with my books. HAHAHAAAAAAA

No I don't think I had the platform that supported those two? I played City folk, and like some of the original ones and they were so fun. You got a small house and it gets bigger as you pay it off and you get lots of outfits and can decorate your house and stuff
