Ah!! I usually use red lentils to thicken soup's and stews. But I'm going to try rice next time. I got that wig from the Free Shop! :-)

My hubs doesn't like anything bean. When I make soup mostly only I eat it. Sometimes Liz will have some. Strangely enough she loves when I put lentils in soup. :-D

, from what I remember, no. they did NOT go outside (the cats) and i have to admit. i would NEVER have that many in the house. i don't care how much you keep your house clean.

heh. as much as my hub says he doesn't like cats, him and my cat AC used to talk to each other all the time. I think, because AC was also an 'outside' cat, and he caught her killing a snake (which he HATES/is afraid of) he liked her, but wouldn't admit it. and with Willow :( he was the one, that the last year of her life, he took care of her. Making sure she had food and water and was warm during the cold months.

so he was really good to me. heh. for being an a$$, he's not a bad hubby at times. :D

lol sad thing is, I didn't really get into cooking till these last few years. now my knees are so bad, it's hard for me to really do anything any more. another reason i love the IP. I can throw things in there, and usually in 30 min, i have something yummy.

ragu is basically just a meat sauce for noodles (Bolognese) usually with a little wine, and sometimes, with a couple different meats. depends on how "involved" you want to get. oh. and hours of cooking time (not in the IP though) :)

right now, I'm going to go and make the turkey meatballs.

i was really bad yesterday. the hubby brought home KFC, and yes. I ate it, WITH a biscuit even!! Bad Witchy :)

, LOL well. Last year, when I was at the old house. I still could walk pretty good, and had the energy to make meatballs a lot more. (and the energy)

and guess what, I'm making balls again! lol only this time, I'm making turkey balls. :)

of course. I'm still being bad, and doing it with stuffing, instead of a bisquick. and cheese. so yah. i guess I'm still not eating healthy. heh

Finally got our taxes done. so glad that's over with.

I admit, I usually go with black also. But I think I was feeling very 'girly' and I've done my room up in pink and gray. so i put pink in the cart :D
