haha yes they do that. when we would go home for Christmas the toys were more then we could deal, LOL xD but now that they all just send me money and i get to do the shopping its not as bad xP

its over here.. we don't do anything for New Years.

Thats good, we actually asked for money so we could buy him a baby gate for the stairs but they gave us toys instead -sigh- XDD oh well.

I hope he's feeling better! I went and got a Shingles shot yesterday and last night I felt sick as a dog with a temperature of 100.3. Not that high but I sure was freezing and shivering all night. Now my temp back to normal. Very weird!

I remember those days. Every holiday we had to drive a few hours to the grandparents.

We don't either, although I may imbibe a little. Was taking antibiotics for my sinus infection and couldn't drink any over Christmas. New Years Day will be my 25th wedding anniversary but we don't ever do anything special for it. Those days are long past. lol

He has had a fever all night again and today so far, but baby tylenol keeps putting him in good spirits lol. He is sleeping longer naps than normal but nothing to serious it seems like.Im sorry you had a fever too, sounds like how hales fever was all last week D:z

Luckily they only live an hour away! We're home now C:

Poor lil man!! So weird, Liz never got sick until she started preschool. (at 3) But once she started, she was sick every week. Half the time I got what she got. Ugh

An hour isn't too bad - but I'm sure it will be nice to be home.

So nice C: We're watching the Handmaid's Tale and after dinner I'll work on putting away our new gifts C: Back to work tomorrow x.x

Sounds fun! My daughter is watching NCIS New Orleans so that's what I'm watching. But I was watching A Star is Born and it's pretty good so far.

I haven't seen that movie yet! How old is your daughter?

It's free if you have HBO. I've really been wanting to watch A Madea Christmas but my daughter said no. She's 23 and has special needs. I take care of her yet she's the adult! :-D

We don't have HBO :( You're not old enough to have a 23 year old!!

It's rare they show box office hits on HBO but I had to have for Game of Thrones. I keep thinking I'll cancel it...

Let's just say I had her when I 40. 😳 Shhhhh don't tell anyone! ;-)

Yeah work is just work. I moved in with Alex finally but we are having some bumps :/ I'm trying really hard to be more adult and work on this relationship it's just hard

Moving in together can def cause a few bumps but once you get them ironed out it should be good
