What are you putting into the rift? You must throw in a specific item to have it count towards the achievement.

This table is taken directly from the rift board. You can still get the below rift items with random items but it will not count towards the achievement.

For the Get Off My Back achievement. have you visited this page to trigger the achievement? And for the Foodie one, did you make sure it was one pet and that you visited that pet's foods eaten page? I believe that is the trigger for that one.

I think I counted 10 (there aren't that many r99s) so I would make a ticket to see if they can manually award it. I am not sure if they can or not.

Hi everyone, I have been working on this and finally have some updates to share.

The achievements page now shows you some more detailed information about your achievement counts. You can also see this information for other users when viewing their achievements pages.

The number you see now is your new achievement total and I'm certain that it is counting your achievements accurately now.

However, I've identified a few unrelated and separate issues that may still affect this count. For example, some achievements have glitched data, and some users have "phantom" achievements that don't really exist but have always gotten counted. Even though the code is definitely counting them correctly now, it may still give an incorrect total because of these problems.

I'm working on resolving these and will update as I make progress on them. Please rest assured that I've made it a priority on my todo list.

I'll look into fixing the Achievements High Scores table after I've made sure all the counts are correct. Thank you so much for your patience and for the informative reports. <3

Hm... could you please confirm I understood you correctly:

• When you view your Saheric Slide achievements, the Take Five shows up as green highlighted (earned)
• However, you have 2/10 progress on the achievement, so it should be unearned

(Fwiw, I can confirm that the Take Five achievement is currently NOT counted as part of your score. Yup - I can now see confirm things like this xD But I'll still look into it if the achievements page isn't displaying things correctly.)

Is it okay if I open a ticket with you to ask about a few of your achievements, actually?

Is the 2524 your own manual count, or is it the old score you used to have (that we know is incorrect)?

Anyway, I just wanted to clear something up for you and : The number you see right now IS the result of a total recount. And this number may change as I roll out more fixes, but it will only increase if affected by the upcoming fixes. It shouldn't go down for any reason.

I'm still rolling out fixes, but your count as of this moment should be accurate, because I am pretty sure I've fixed all the ones that affect you personally by this point.

Your current count happens to match up to what you said, actually (but maybe it's a coincidence). It's 2524 (this is from adding your achievements earned + 23 legacy achievements)

I'm very sorry to hear that not all of your legacy achievements were moved over correctly to the new system when it was introduced. That is super frustrating, and I'd like to fix that if I can. Could you please let me know which 7 achievements they were that you lost back then, and I'll see what I can do about them :)

If you have achievements that aren't triggering correctly, please file a ticket.

Could you actually make a ticket in that case, and just say in the title to forward the ticket to :) (You can say I asked you to make the ticket)

• If you have "missing achievements" in the sense that you're not missing any specific achievement that you're aware of, BUT you have reason to believe the achievement count you have is incorrect, post on this topic and thank you so much for helping out. :)

I'm sorry if it was unclear, but the achievement counter was incorrect in the past and may have been higher than it was supposed to be. I understand that's really frustrating, hence the work I've put into this last week to try and correct them, so this won't happen again. Your current totals are correct and should continue to be accurate from here on out.

Yes, I've just gone and manually double-checked everyone listed on the high scores and they've all got correct counts now.

[edit] I'm going to check if you have any achievements on the old system that we still have records of, that weren't moved over correctly.

I went through all the old-system achievements we have on record for you, and verified they are all in the new system and counting towards your total.

Sorry about all of this. I know it's frustrating to find out the numbers have been wrong, and to have it go down. At the least, I can confirm that all of the achievements you have right now are being counted, and I'm doing my best to make sure the counts stay accurate from now on, so hopefully no one has to go through this again.

Anyway, I'm working on moving the achievements high scores to the newer high scores system now so that will resolve the high scores issues :)

[edit] Thought you would also like to know. Everyone had the right count, but the high scores table wasn't updated with those counts. Once I've moved the high scores over to the new system (which I'm doing now), those scores will match up with the counts on the achievements page. (Sorry I know this is super confusing! Feel free to ask if you have questions.)

I know it's frustrating, but the numbers previously on the list were incorrect. There were long-term problems with the achievement counter and this isn't the first bug report about it; it's a problem that's been frustrating us all for a long time now. The numbers you see now are the result of a total re-count meant to fix these issues once and for all.
