I normally dilute juice 1/2 water... but right now it's potassium I need and I'm trying to not drink excessive amounts of water. Carrot juice is nice but I have to be careful not to take in excess to avoid turning the skin orange... but it's less acidic. Orange juice is acidic so it can give me heartburn... tomato juice can give me a rash on my hands & it's acidic... so everything has to be balanced. I'm also taking potatoes & bananas that I can tolerate better... but then there's the hypoglycemia. It's all about balance B)
