I drink ginger ale or flat 7up when I feel nauseous. I’m happy that you’re feeling better :) also, Zinc helps sore throat.

About Zinc - I had a client come in and tell me that zinc supplements saved his life more than once. He said something about a rare blood disorder that he was diagnosed with that should have killed him, but didn't because he took a zinc pill everyday. For what that's worth... I don't have any proof.

no i did not know. I skipped Luficer for a little bit... just can't seem to get trough season 2... Watching Glee now :)

Thanks everyone for the welcome back! I did have a great vacation. It was a long one. First, I spent a few days at my sister's house in Florida. Then, we went on a 5 night Bahamian Disney cruise. Finally, we finished it up with a few days in Disney World for my sister's bachelorette party with a couple more friends. I am happy to be home though, as I missed my pets,! Lol

You can buy Zinc supplements, check the vitamin section of the supermarket, or health food store. :)
