Welcome to my nightmare is the concert I saw too :) The special effects were awesome!! I would have loved to see Fleetwood Mac, they were one of my favorites! My favorite albums are Fleetwood Mac and Rumors.
Peter Frampton was so good back in the day. I remember when Frampton comes alive album came out in 1976, loved that album! Sorry if I’m aging us ladies! Lol
They just don’t make music like that anymore. I love classic rock!!
Thank you Shirley, I am feeling a little better. (((((Huggs))))) to you all

Frampton comes alive is the concert I saw and Fleetwood Mac was awesome, Rumors is one of my favorite albums too I love classic rock a lot, I just haven't been able to listen to it because most of it makes me cry right now Shari and I listened to music together all of the time. I do try to listen to some everyday and it is getting easier each day. Pink Floyd is especially hard, it was our favorite. I listen to alternative at the moment, because she just didn't like it. lol
I hope you’ll be able to listen to it all of the time very soon! I think as much as it hurts, it also helps with the healing process. Pink Floyd is one of my favorites, the Eagles too :)
My favorite Floyd album is Dark Side of the Moon. I do have trouble getting through their song Wish you were here..
I also love the album Demons and Wizards by Uriah Heep, did you listen to them?
Although Amie LOVED all genere’s of music, Alternative was her favorite.
It’s so funny how the similarities with You, Shari, Amie, and myself are so much the same, I love it!!

Man, I love Uriah Heep! "The Lady In Black" is one of my personal most beloved songs. I also love "Sunrise" and "Tales." And of course, the 10-minute feast that is "The Magican's Birthday" :P Nobody I know offline has heard of them, and it's a travesty!
There are certain songs I either can't listen to or know I'll turn into a bawling mess if I listen to them because I associate them with a specific loss and it's a recipe for tears.
On an uplifting note, I recently came across this music video and it's amazing:
I'm very impressed by the story contained in four minutes! The moment at 1:20 is my favorite. I'd read a 20-volume comic series about these guys!
RAIN!! We had rain! Not much but cooled down a bit. Sadly it's stuffy now and cloudy
First off, Christina, how old are you?? Are you a child of the 70’s, or, an old soul? ;) I love all those songs too! My favorites though are... Circle of Hands, The Wizard, Easy Livin, Traveler in Time, and so many more! I also like Jethro Tull, do you know them? I think we all associate music with events in our lives. I love how a song can instantly take us on a journey to our past. It always makes me yearn for yesterday. I’m tearing up just thinking about it :( Can’t live in the past, so, at least we can be transported there through music. For just a while... The words to Starlight Brigade actually sound like something that U H would have done. Of course, they would have put it to hard rock sound. Maybe! Lol I liked it :)

Do you like Creedence Clear Water Revival and Neil Diamond? I didn’t see my husband (Elvis Presley) on your list. Did you not like him?? No one sings a ballad like Elvis!! I always loved him! I’ve watched every one of his movies over and over! I love all the old musicals, Judy Garland will always be my favorite! - I'm in my early 30s :) I first came across Uriah Heep when I found a cover of "The Lady In Black" by Blackmore's Night, went to find the original and fell in love with their entire library :) I haven't listened to Jethro Tull much (yet), but my father is a huge fan of theirs. My dad's the one who introduced me to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin.
I love songs from almost every genre, but I especially adore symphonic rock, along with artists whose songs are about mythology (like Heather Dale, whose first two albums "May Queen" and "The Trial of Lancelot" are all inspired by Arthurian legends.) Blind Guardian has some great songs inspired by literature, too (Fly, Mordred's Song.) I'm also fond of Within Temptation.
When I was growing up I listened almost exclusively to video game soundtracks, and it wasn't until my early 20s that I started listening to a wider variety of music. I still love a solid JRPG soundtrack, though ;) (And will never tire of rocking out to Castlevania!)
I agree these were all great bands. Doobie Brothers, Allman Brothers, Neil young,Crosby,Stills,Nash,&Young.didn't really listen to them to much. But Lynyrd Skynyrd-Sweet Home Alabama yep, I sure did.I just went to listen to Kenny G. He does Play a mean Sax for sure.I really like his music, I'm surely adding him to my music list for now listening. :D

Congratulations to the Runway Winners and 👏
Your dude is really special Michele. Males are so difficult for me to make and you did such a great job.
Beautiful job . Love her expression and the colors you used are beautiful.
Thank you and ! ❤ ❤
Helloooooooo,
I hope your doing okay..... (((((Hugs)))))

Everyday I do try and listen to a little classic rock I know it will be healing because that was such a big part of our life ... baby steps :)
I love so much music, Pink Floyd, ELO, Beatles, Lynard Skynard, Rush, UFO, Kansas, Led Zepplin, Queen, The Who, Eagles, Aerosmith, CCR, David Bowie, Saraya, Jude Cole, Indigo girls, Tom Petty, Journey, Doobie Brothers, Foreigner, Boston, Bad Company, Santana, Elton John, CSN&Y, HEART, Genesis, STYX, Steve Miller OMGosh! Really, I can go on and on. I also love Patsy Cline. I knew a few Uriah Heep songs, I've seen almost half of these bands in concert.. I am SO a child from the 70's I'm so happy I grew up in those times. I had a great childhood.
We really do have a lot of similarities Michelle ❤
I've never heard that song before, I liked it :)
When Steve and I were together he is great friends with Pat Simmons of the Doobie Brothers so we got to go back stage and also had dinner with the band. I'm REALLY so glad Shari got to experience that with us too, we all had such a great time. All of Pink Floyd's albums are phenomenal "Animals" was Shari's favorite album, I don't think I could pick just one album as my favorite I love them all! "Wish You Were Here" was Steves and my song :( I also saw Roger Waters "The Wall" 2 times what a great show that was. WOW! It's amazing how a song can transport you back in time, same as Photos it's also hard to see pictures of Shari without crying my eyes out. I know one day it will be alright.
thank you for the hugssssss ❤ I thought that emoticon was perfect for our little rocker dude!!
Saxaphone is one of my favorite instruments to listen to! Eminem is some serious rap lol

I am going to my first Musical/Broadway "Alexander Hamilton" I can hardly contain myself lol
Nik got us tickets for August 11th I am not quite sure if Lin-Manuel Miranda will be playing Alexander Hamilton I just LOVE HIM! Such a talented soul! I will still enjoy it even if he won't be in it.
I love the soundtrack to Moana too :) Rowan and I watch that movie and the movie "Sing" which I really enjoy.
Congratulations to the Runway winners! you are true fashionistas!!!

I'm so glad you all liked meeting Lorelei!
