We get a lot of noise from fireworks here too, Melissa, nearly every weekend during the summer!

for me, it's ptsd related, so I can live without the BOOMS. I don't begrudge people their fun, I just wish they'd be a bit more respectful, and not keep going for hours at a time, especially the loud ones that you can feel throughout the body. Yikes!

I get that, Melissa.... Totally understandable that you can nicely do without the booms! Heading down to our favorite outlet mall today for some clothes shopping. :)
