Yes, Sterling (Rio's dad) is my son's dragon. He didn't like Flight Rising, but I kept this dragon of his, named it Sterling and then trained it. He's my ferocious tank. :) I'll send her over! :)

I'm pretty sure it was just an accident. She does have a forum group just for FR. There's no reason to threaten her with the rules. She has a lot going on in RL right now, so maybe don't be so hard on her?

I joined Colovaria, not the Flight Rising group.

Why do Flight Rising people get so much more offended than say, Pokemon Go players, when they are asked not to ping entire groups not related to the game or make their own channels on Discord servers?

I'm not threatening her, I'm not going to report her, I'm just saying dear G-d stop spamming the entire freaking Colovaria group to a thread about a game not everyone plays.

maybe because your the only one complaining, ignore the ping and move on. mistakes happen, especially when people tend to not lay off.

It was a mistake. was upset when she discovered she had accidentally pinged Colovaria, and she was extremely apologetic. We all try not to bother the rest of the Colovaria members, but mistakes do happen.

, , anyone else - well, if she's upset, then I am sorry, because I'm not a bitch, but I was unaware of that, and ulalena and I have had this discussion before on numerous occasions, once leading to the suggestion that I should leave the forum group if I didn't like it, so yeah, when someone else said that I did fly off the handle.

I find the concept of breeding and selling dragons and their offspring really off-putting, offensive, squicky, upsetting, or whatever you want to call it. I wouldn't call it a trigger because I cannot imagine what experience I could possibly have had in this life to be triggered about, but when I get pinged to this thread I get upset, particularly if I accidentally click the ping without looking at it and find myself looking at another dragon trade.

I know this is my problem, and I normally never say anything about it because I don't have to say anything about it.

I adblock dragcave.net so I don't have to see the darn eggs, and I just tell people that I'm friends with that I'm not interested in this game and do not want to talk about it with them.

If it's discussed in passing in another thread, I ignore it because it usually goes away faster if nobody brings it up. Sometimes I avoid that thread for a while.

But I really don't want to get pings for this topic from anyone anywhere ever.

I wish I could just be like, whatever, the way I am about a dozen other things I'm really not interested in, like football and K-pop. But it does get up my nose.
