I have never thought of base 20 as blue (it looks white to me), but that's okay. The light spots in the makeup look intentional on base 8 and that was my main concern! (A lot of cute makeups have white or light coloured spots that look glittery on bases 1-4 but on bases 7-10, which I use a whole lot--they look like dandruff or snowflakes or paint spatter.)

This is the base I consider the lighter blue (base 15) just fyi:

I consider it the light one because base 26 is a thing that exists and if you look at that one, it's very dark.
