Is it possible the shops you’re clicking on are legacy shops? If you click on a legacy shop it does bring you to your main shop page showing all your tills.

It’s done this for a long time because you can no longer visit legacy shops.

I wouldn't know? It always happens with user's shops. Can user shops be legacy?

Yes all user shops that were created before the shop revamp are now legacy shops and cannot be visited.

If you check my profile and click on the shops at the bottom of my list, Sarah's Stuff, Junk drawer or Party Time, does that replicate the problem? These are all legacy shops.
