Its my last weekend before the semester begins on the 21st. It'll be a tight fit for the first week.
Hi, . :)
"You can't wait until life isn't hard anymore before you decide to be happy."
Hi there!! :D
Guys I’m beginning to learn to crochet and I’m making a blanket for my dog. She is tiny and gets cold in winter easily. It’s summer now but I think it should be done by the time it gets colder.
Hugs =) You dog is going to love you more than she does already. That well keep her so warm.I'd love to see it when your done.I use to love to crochet,I haven't done it in a while. I've done a couple couch blankets Hugs =)

I hope it goes well for you.
I love crocheting, but I can't type and crochet at the same time LoL I have a house guest from Australia. It's summer where she is from also.
Hi There!
Aww thank you! I will try and remember to show you when it’s done and send a pic of her with it if all goes well. =) wow! They must’ve been big. How long did they take?
It’s really fun and quite addictive! It amazes me how some can watch tv and do it at the same time. G’day from me to your house guest! I’m an Aussie resident too :D
I can't wait to see the picture only if you remember. There just regular blanket size.I'm not sure how long it took. I did it little by little just for something to do when I got bored. I'm lucky if I can walk & chew gum at the same time, let alone watch TV & crochet at the same time. hahaha 😉 Hugs =) Abrazos =)

Oooh! What classes will you have with the new semester?
How are you? Have any plans for the weekend?
I crochet too! I haven't made anything in ages, now that I think about it... but I do love to crochet. I really want to learn how to knit, though.
How are you?
Good spirits, despite the broken foot. I love to crochet too. Knitting is nice. I like crocheting better. If the hook comes out when you crochet, you lose a stitch or two. If the knitting needle pulls out:::: OH NO! LoL I have been surrounded by kids (first my own then my grandkids) for so many years I think of things like that. ;)
A broken foot! Oh no! What did you do?! I just like the look of knitted garments better than crochet!
Was closing a window, and the stool I was standing broke and collapsed. I thought the bone was broken through but it's just cracked. I have to stay off it anyway, but didn't have to have surgery or anything Thank the Heavens!
Knitted is nice. I was making this, but I got off sequence and some of it is on the wrong side! 😊

Phew! At least it's just a fracture! Haha that can definitely happen with yarncrafts. Pretty pattern!
I'm majoring in Automotive technology. This semester is centering on regaining good academic standing to later qualify for student aid.
Day 17 10 Recycle Beast points
Hey Everyone 👋 It has been a while. I hope this finds you all good and dandy and things are going well in this New Year.
Summer Holiday was Awesome! Some of it working, but in saying that I love keeping busy. Our family farm is extra this time of the Year. Did everything from driving the Cattle (200 head of Herefords) Prime Beef, Hay bailing, Fencing, Firewood, Welding (Arc) and working on the Tractor, Cat D7 (which we just sold to a collector) and changing a water pump on one of the " Paddock bashers " Pajero... Man, that was a inksome job. You lift the bonnet and just say why? haha! Call me bias, but it just lacks the simplistic beauty of say a Ford 8210 (Tractor) and the Cat D7 (Bulldozer) -grins- anyways we got the job done.
We had 3 days of Non-stop Wind! I am not talking a gentle breeze. This was the type that would run the whole world. Powerful! No stopping for a breather, Ripped one of the doors off the Bus shed. Dad and I retrieved it the next day from down the River bank. After the blow out, it was pure calm, though I would describe our living there In Flux... In winds of change perhaps. Spent a day at the Falls. The Wahi Falls is our back bountry. It is a hike downhill to get to her (Wahi) She provides cool water in areas (there is your chilly bin) Fish and eel is abundant (there is your meat) also Toilets and water up at the start so you can camp there. Just take your rubbish away with you. Those who visits respect this slice of Paradise though not many come. Thats awesome too haha! -grins-
I will stop there for now, Just keep waffling otherwise haha! I will drop back and share some more sometime.
Currently on my mind: Australia, I hope these fires stop soon, they have been raging for months (nearly 5 months) now. When they have them under control. Let the Guardians watch over once more. The Ab-originals know how to care for the land and animals.

Haha! Me too here with the gum and walking. xD I'm not coordinated, so doing something at the same time is definitely a mind workout..
Tell me if you ever crochet anything new! I'd like to learn to knit too. It would be a step up for sure, since it is using both hands. :D
A knitter AND a crocheter! Nice! :)
Welcome back from holiday! Wishing you a dandy New Year too! What a hard worker! You're awesome. It'll must've been nice to spend time with family. Wishing the best for Australia too. There was rain in Queensland, I heard some parts also flash flooded. Good to see the backyard green.
Oh, neat! When will you be done your program? Oh no! Did you miss a Bathouse day? Weren't you up to almost 2 years straight?
If I can be consistent and pass all the courses, it should be two years or so.
Yes, I did miss a day. I was past two years, and would have been inching towards three.
Day 18 a Bathhouse token.
So, today the majority of the roosters get slaughtered, thin the ranks. Ony two are spared, unfortunately not the one I like.
