Which reference is the best for details and color of the character? The in game screen shots, or one of the art pieces? Also the pose you want is the one with the hat and the umbrella right? Did you want your character holding something as well? (The pose won't be the exact same of course, since this is someone's artwork and I can't copy an artwork piece exactly!) And yeah, a music note shape would be fine! Did you want it to be a full background size, or something smaller, near the character? :)

The game screens are her best representations! I forgot to also point out her necklace in particular, since it isn't in the game screens, and only in the art pieces. HERE is a ref for it specifically. It replaces the bone looking neck piece from the game screens.

The hat and umbrella one, yup! I don't envision her holding anything really, so that's a no. And not exact pose I absolutely understand.

I like the idea of it being a full bg music note! 😊

[edit] Here is your finished, watermarked piece! LINK I struggled a bit I feel with the music note in the background, so you have a few options to choose from, or I can try again on it! Please also let me know if I messed the colors up or anything, the references from the game are a little foggy / bleached out so I had to just adjust the colors a little so it wouldn't look gray and muddy!

The only alteration really would be to her feather collar. They are supposed to be a more golden toned brown. Finding a pic I like for this is hard, but I'd say more like what's going on here, except not as flecked looking? Sorry if this is a struggle. D=

As for the backgrounds, I actually really like both two and three and am having trouble deciding! I'm totally ok with paying a little extra for both versions since you did the work~ ♥

It's starting to get hotter here, and I fear that soon I won't be able to devote a fair amount of time to commissions while I just try to survive that heat.
