pride is not about being part of the human condition. pride is not about treating everyone as equal, pride is about the fact that cishets won't treat us as equal. pride is about queer people celebrating the fact that we're out here being queer despite all the attempts (and successes) to disenfranchise, erase, rape, and murder us. and then they get mad at us for not inviting them to our party.

there are reasons to have pride open to everybody, but chief among those are the fact that you can't tell queer people just by looking, and that if there's a queers only sign at the door that automatically outs anyone who enters. but it is not because "we're all human" or anything like that. when's the last time you had your rights stripped for being human?

it's like walking into a birthday party and asking why you didn't get a present.

I have actually been stripped of rights before, just so you know. Because of things I've been through, I have always been a strong supporter of all rights to all. It was never my intent to upset anyone, so for that, I do apologise. I'm here crying if it makes you feel any better. Again, sorry you got upset. I never thought that would offend you. a few announcements! first of all is finally onsite, you can still slot on that at this time, i will be moving it to my cw shop once i take care of the remaining slots.

second, due to better understanding of how slotting works, i'm going to switch my first 10 slotters rule to first 5 slotters. there will still be the 72 hour period of unlimited discount once these 5 slots fill, so if something's very popular you'll all still have fair shots at it, no worries.

thirdly, i'd like to ask the slotters on the double saber if they're still interested: -- could you drop me a ping or a comment or something, i realise it's been ages but now that the single saber is onsite i can start working on the double one with confidence, so please lmk if you're still interested. if anyone else is interested it is still open for slotting.

fourthly i'd like to open a star wars tribute ping group! like other tribute ping groups, just give this a ping if you need to attract the interest of star wars inclined buyers, whether for new items or resales, or anything else relevant as long as you use it politely.

and, finally, i could use more slotters on this bad boy to get it onsite!
