ahh cool theme! as it happens, the series that i'm reading at the moment has actual sky pirates in it! and steampunk vibes, dirigibles, and planes that they call dragon fliers, which i like to think look like brass versions of these types of planes there's sorcery, adventure, and a fair few chuckles too. it's been very enjoyable, if a little light on character's descriptions, but i still don't want to finish it! so i based this outfit a little on one of the characters. she's the youngest pilot in the Wolf Squadron (don't ask me why their aerial squadrons are named after land-based animals). Lieutenant Caslin Ahn, nicknamed Raptor. she's a sharpshooter, trained by her father as an assassin before she joined the air-force. basically she has an uncanny ability to hit her target with anything she throws or shoots (including snowballs), and often opts to fly with her knees for a short distance while sniping with her long rifle instead of using her flier's guns. i can't remember how her hair was described (if it was) so i went with a practical style that would hold up to piloting an open plane (as well as adventuring). and i tried to get a uniform type vibe going with her clothes... anyway, if anyone is interested in checking out the books, the series is The Dragon Blood Collection by Lindsay Buroker. Ahn is one of the main characters in the second book of the trilogy Deathmaker which can be read and enjoyed without reading the first book ;) and here's my version of Cas! i layered a mask with the goggles to make slightly more steampunky flight goggles, hope that counts! i think she's just pilfered some weaponry after knocking out some pirates, and is shortly planning on disembarking onto one of her squadron's fliers for a quick escape Private Outfit

Sky pirates, you say? Well I had to try my hand at this one! I rrreally wanted to make Don Karnage from TaleSpin (no one would ever guess I like that show, huh?) but there's a little issue of lacking the correct fur/skin. Soo, I went with a human base but dressed him (as best I could with the items I own) as Karnage. A cosplay of sorts, yes-no? Haha, well I tried anyway!
