We're working on a larger revamp of the pet profiles to make them modular like the user profiles. This will be an upgrade that you opt in to, and the current style profiles will be around for a long time.

One of those modules will be questions, like on charahub, because we've found (on that site, which had over 100,000 users ;)) that having prompts helps people be creative more than "oh yeah you can add questions if you think of them and also figure out how to code them in".
