When I go to the wardrobe launch page, I see the items I'm wearing, but not my avatar or my options to wear or save the outfit. I cleared my browser's cache and it didn't fix it EDIT: On a whim, I opened the outfit link in a new tab and it fixed my issue.

I'm having a problem with drawers in the wardrobe. Past a certain point, items I sort don't show up in that folder, and don't show up in the [None] drawer either.

Hello My Avi wont wear her clothes lol. Ive cleaared my cache, I have followed the instructions on the page to convert and reload it but she stays naked. It tells me that Im wearing on site but it has been days, still naked! Is there anything I should do next? she looks cold

I've followed the steps to remedy the issue twice, but the Growing Petal Branch is not showing up on the avatar (except in the wardrobe). I haven't had problems with this item before......went back to the wardrobe for one last try using the wear now button. Voila!

Having the same issue as some others where the middle column where my avatar should be visible is just blank, and I have no wear button or anything. I've tried opening some of the tabs in a different window to see if I could try to wear a saved outfit or remove my skin but nothing works.

When I'm in the wardrobe, sometimes I just can't move the items I'm wearing on the left. I can refresh, get out and return, and it'll stay unable to move for awhile.

Also experiencing whatever issue it is that prevents users from being able to drag items on the list of worn layers. I can add, remove, and toggle visibility, but not drag layers up or down. Refreshing, or exiting the wardrobe and reloading it, does not always immediately fix the issue.

I don't think I had this issue pop up until my version of firefox auto-updated a few days ago. Currently running version 69, 64-bit, on windows 7.

Hello, I am returning from a long hiatus and having some issues. At first, my avatar was blank, and I couldn’t even get previews for wearables to pop up when hovering over items. Then, I was able to dress it, but it was “invisible”. I followed link to reset and now I can’t get anything to attach to my naked avatar to wear as I was able to when it was “invisible”. My wardrobe has almost 8k items in it, but they have been in there for a very long time. I will keep trying, but any assistance is appreciated!

EDIT: Of course as soon as I hit post here the issue fixes itself! It is now working as intended!

I have an issue where I added an item to my wardrobe but it's not showing on my avatar. I tried deleting my cache and also moving the item to my inventory and then back into my wardrobe (pressing wear now between the changes) and the item still isn't showing. When hovering over the item in the wardrobe it keeps telling me where to buy the item even though I've bought it and added it to my wardrobe.

Edit: Fixed it. Nevermind.

Same issue as the others regarding the items not being able to move up or down. It is happening far more frequently now than it was maybe a month ago, and far quicker to just breakdown and stop responding all of a sudden. I'm using 61.0.1 of Firefox on Windows 8.

EDIT: I have been playing with this for at least 30 minutes and in two different browsers and the issue seems to be this:

My current avatar somehow got saved with the “base” option deleted.

When I convert to the naked base, then the whole wardrobe feature seems to break and then I can no longer select individual items to wear or do much of anything. Also, to get any of the features or links to even function, I have to open in new tab or window.

I am able to save the missing base layer invisible clothed avatar as well as the naked avatar, however, I may only later reselect the invisible one to wear again; the naked one doesn’t seem to register me pushing wear.

Hello! My base is invisible, would you mind fixing it for me please?

I am experiencing a small bug in the wardrobe. When i try to move the items that i selected on the avatar, is not letting me, so i can't layer at all, not even the base/eyes/background etc. So if i have selected 3 items, and i want the first one to be on top, i can't do that, is not letting me move items around.

Firefox, windows 10, had reset the cookies etc.

Managed to fix it by opening wardrobe in a different page, but if i just click on wradrobe from the same page, still the same problem.

I’m sorry for multiple posts, but haven’t heard anything for about 2 weeks and would love to be able to use the feature.

My avatar seems to have had the base layer deleted and I when I reset it, the feature loses all functionality. I have posted a few other times on this thread with more details.

Should I just open a site ticket instead? My first post regarding this issue here was on 9/18. Thank you!

I am having problems when clicking the wear now button. It appears to show only partial of my entire HA. The background I am using is not showing up ~ ^.^ ~
