I've been stuck on this for 2 days now...should it be moving faster?

My HA isn't loading in wardrobe. Items/saved outfits loading very slowly or not at all. This started after I got my second virus strain. Already tried clearing my cache & resetting avatar.

Browser : Google Chrome

Same problem as others: HA in wardrobe never loads, can't see the wear now or save outfit buttons. Clearing cache or changing browsers did not help.

Browsers: Safari/Firefox.

I'm having this problem again, with the addition of being unable to see any categories. I am on mobile Chrome this time though.

Edit: the item categories are loading, they're just being slow. I'm only having the missing HA and wear button issue.

The item categories have actually stopped loading completely now (Items, Skins, Hair, etc.). I still cannot see the HA or the wear button, either. Clearing cache doesn't help, and I've tried it in Firefox, Vivaldi, and on mobile Chrome.

it's been four days since infection and my current strain is only on phase 3 still? is this normal?

It's also been several days since my infection, and it's stuck on its 3rd or 2nd-to-final stage as well (Clusterflux / Dissolving).

I've found that my strain doesn't seem to progress unless I save in the wardrobe. Not sure if it's the same for all strains.

Having the same issue as MyotisMarionette. My HA and wear now button are not appearing and categories like items and skins will not load. This problem is on google chrome and on mobile on safari.

wardrobe is unresponsive. HA doesn't show up. using goggle chrome.

cleared cache. HA isn't showing up in wardrobe. can't click on the different sections of the wardrobe (skin, items, etc). Unresponsive. please advise. Thank you.

I just finished up a strain (Grossfungus). I had to go into the wardrobe to activate stage 8 and get the skin to save so I could start a new strain - this was just a couple minutes ago; the wardrobe worked up to that point, as far as I know - then I took a vial and suddenly the wardrobe is unresponsive. HA doesn't show there and clicking the categories does nothing.

Edit: I thought I'd be sneaky and try the v4 wardrobe...it starts to load the header for a moment but then that disappears and the whole page just goes white/blank.

My HA isn't loading in wardrobe. There is a blank space where my avatar should be. Can't see the wear now or save outfit buttons. I can see the items I am wearing on the left side. I can only click on organize items and back to subeta, clicking on the first five links (items, base, skins, hair and outfits) won't work.

my avatar hasn't updated since before survival started. i've clicked "wear now" upwards of 15 times and cleared cache and hard refreshed to no avail. made a ticket and was told to come here halp pls ;A;

My HA isn't loading in wardrobe! None of the tabs are loading when I select them. I have cleared my cache multiple times in hopes of fixing it! And now I am naked, ha ha.

It's been about 4 days since my second try to become infected through the VIP and still no infection... I tried as soon as the event started and canceled after 3 days thinking maybe it was just stuck, but this time I've been stuck for even longer. At this rate I won't get infected at all before the event ends.

Having this issue now, luckily just after having acquired my new Infection.

I have cleared my cache and restarted my browser.

Google Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 (Official Build) (64-bit) Windows 8.1

Wardrobe is only half-loading and I can't see my avatar and clicking tabs doesn't do anything at all.

I'm using Google Chrome and on Win 10.

If you choose the random/free option, I was told it could take days for the virus to show unless you choose to get bitten. If you want to speed it up, then you can go to the survival forums and ask for bites.

I hear you, but is a 4 day wait to be expected? I read somewhere within 3 days you should get infected. I don't want to be bitten - I want to have a completely random strain. Maybe expectations should be included somewhere on the VIP page for the random option... I've been thinking my account is glitched this whole time.

I asked and Bug said if you are not infected in the morning to let him know. Just ping him and let him know you have been waiting.
