needs to get lost

I just clicked on a billboard I thought was cute and it led me to a page with the following message.

Not Found
The requested URL /kiss.php was not found on this server.

[edit] Using Chrome Version 72.0.3626.109 if it matters

[edit] I just saw another kissing billboard so clicked on it to see what happened. Same error :( URL: https://subeta.net/kiss.php?user=656972&mtl=MTU1MDQzNjcyMA%3D%3D

Could this be related to the revamped kiss links this year (in buttons instead of able to tab?)

[edit] Can you confirm that this change has made it so that the "clicks" aren't tracked by these billboards anymore? That's what it seems like to me but would like confirmation.

Yes, unfortunately it can no longer track clicks since it no longer works via clicking the billboard. We will discuss the best way to address this.
