The wardrobe does not show hexes. You can see them at the healer (which I can see it on your base right now) or around the site. This has unfortunately always been the case, and will be added to a future version of the wardrobe.

This issue should now be resolved. Please file a ticket to get reimbursed any sP you've lost to this glitch.
