This is not a bug. If you hover carefully over the +wishlist then you can even click it without triggering the pop-up. It's just so tiny on a lot of screens, especially touchscreens, it's easy to misclick. The pop-up is there to prevent this from turning into an accidental purchase. We cannot remove it from shops.
