Please file a ticket and we can reimburse any missing EXP. Let them know that directed you to create a ticket.
Edit to add: I just noticed you've already got a ticket on it, whoops! The reason I just asked you to open one is so we can check your logs and figure out the correct amount of EXP you should have gotten. I will speak with the UA about reopening your ticket so we can get this handled. Apologies for the confusion on my end!
