roast me nah i'm kidding! but i would love feedback--i purchased the legs and then i had trouble scraping together items that would work with it from my wardrobe so i'm curious as to how it looks from a different perspective! ✨

It's not every day I meet a cacti/desert themed zombie. I love the top, the bottom and the background but the frock in between, as cute as it is, is a smidge bright and kind of steals the focus; I end up looking at it more than all of you. If there is a black/darker version, I suggest you go with that instead. 9/10

This is entirely why I don't invest in these custom leg CW's (that and the feet/hooves/paws always seem too small, imo.) Unfortunately, the background is doing you no favors, making your arms disappear and unfortunately, that top doesn't really work either. The only item I can see working, are those overpriced kimono sleeves/top I've seen but I can't remember the name of. The face as well, seems a little plain for a kitsune. You might want to give yourself some eyebrows and some mascara. I'm also sorry for this low score but it really doesn't work for me, overall. 3/10

I don't envy the colors you're trying to match, they're quite the challenge, and while I think you've done an excellent job matching the body, the hair seems a little too dark to really match. Perhaps the Winter Breeze Tea Tin from FiveSevenFive would work better? 9/10

I really like your textures and layers! Also, sorry if it's unwarranted advice but have you thought about playing with the skin tone of your HA? Like layering sheer items over your base like the Curious Dolls e.g. or others like ? It could help to tie in the hair to the rest of the outfit a little better.

Thank you! The hair is actually an unlocked wig so I can change the colors of it but I thought if I did too matchy it'd look weird/washed out? but I see what you're saying completely! I have to play with it more.

Sure thing, I'm not (or was not) the only rater on the site so it's not like I hold ownership over the concept or anything. I hear you on the Diamond cosplays; Blue Diamond was one I just didn't even try to attempt due to her unique hairstyle and lack of blue, body length items. Pink is impossible to do with any amount of dignity as being clownish was sort of an intentional aspect of her design. (I say sort of because Rebecca Sugar originally intended for her to look more bad ass but changed the design last minute, sadly after the mural reveal.)

Getting back on topic, I'd like to see what you'd do with White. She's next on my to-do list. I've been working on Yellow for months now and was keeping it under wraps to reveal for Halloween last year, but I've never found the key pieces to finish her so... Outfit Not Found I need three CW's to complete this look: Gold Peacock Trinket, Prosperous Crystal of the Moon and Watchful Halo of the Greedy Deity; none of which are in shops right now. You can see why I need the gold Peacock Trinket here: Outfit Not Found (^ that was the first draft.)

That's a very good point true but as I told another, due to the heads being so huge, they end up being the centerpiece, even when they shouldn't be, so when I look at you, I see all this grey that isn't within the rest of you so it seems out of place to me. And I second the idea of playing with the base; wish I thought of it, tbh. XD

Your Yellow is fantastic! You've got her expression spot on and the hair and pauldrons are very her. The frame and overlay on the second one are the better ones I think.

I've kinda been sucked into playing around with your Yellow since I opened it. Would you mind if I show you what I've come up with? I'll put it in a spoiler below and take it down if you're not cool with it. Sorry if so. I'm just a bit aspie obsessed with the wardrobe and learning the subeta wearables and it's so much fun trying to bring a character to life!

I'll get on that White a little later too and post when it's looking suitably evil and dramatic. ^_^

Oh, no, by all means, help me! XD I'm rather useless in the wardrobe. Did you delete your first draft, because it's not loading for me. For the one I can see, I really liked how you layered the robe, an item I didn't even consider using due to it's length. I also love how the Curious Little Blaine Doll gives her just enough shadow on the face so that it doesn't stick out/look unnatural from the shadows within the hair itself. I also agree that the Gold Peacock Trinket & Sunset Vial look the best together. I'll work towards buying the latter while continuing to hunt for the former. (If you ever spot it, do please let me know. If it's in a shop, would you mind grabbing it on my behalf and I'll pay you back same day?)

However, I am not a fan of those pants, the boots don't come up high enough, plus I feel the Tumbled Obsidian darkens it a little too much; making it dull. Sure, you want the lightning to stand out but this is Yellow Diamond; everything's supposed to be Bright Yellow. I also still favor some of the items I used and noticed some layering issues so I comprised a cute little compromise.

Still tweaking my avatar, but I'd love some constructive criticism (:

I like the concept of the design (reminds me of Treasure Planet) but the execution needs a little work. For instance, I don't think the long top is necessary and just creates this rather distracting bar of white around the hips/legs. I understand it's hard to find a revealing top to go with the corset so perhaps tuckin' it into your pants is better than outright removal of it.

Next problem is the faceplate; it's too similar to the Owl's coloration, to the point where I legit thought it was a wing that wasn't layered properly. Is there another half of that mask that you can put on the other side? If not, I suggest finding another item that works.

Final issue, for me, is how little you stand out from the backdrop. I'm not sure how to fix that issue as darkening the ship will equal darkening the starry sky as well. Overall, 8/10 Love the concept but needs some tweaks.

So happy to be of help to you! Your current avie is looking much better. As for your new project... I'm not sure it's the mouth that's the problem. I think she would do much better with a more direct stare towards the viewer. However, I'm guessing those eyes are integral to the character so give me a while to play with this in the wardrobe. I've got a bit of a full day planned.

XD) As for you, I absolutely LOVE your bright, in-your-face color pallet: Neon Orange and Green so go well together. I just wish there was a bright green set of horns you could adorn the top of yourself with, as it would be perfect accessory for your dragon tail. 10/10 You're a neon disaster and I love it!!!
