I went to www.subeta.net and got this: 404. That’s an error.

I went here and it worked https://subeta.net/

Subeta has fully migrated to HTTPS a few years ago. It's standard nowadays to use secure HTTP web pages, and generate an error or warning if something still use regular non secure HTTP.

Are you entering "www.subeta.net" in your address bar, or is it from a link somewhere around Subeta? You can just enter "subeta.net" in your address bar. It will go to the HTTPS page.

Edit: Also, the www prefix is declining in usage. I don't know if Subeta intentionally dropped it, but I don't see any reason for it to return.

I have always used www.subeta.net to get to subeta in my address bar i never had a problem with it until now
