@ ennui So this will open up in December and when you ping the group that the giveaway is going live, we can ask for one item/day and at the same time put something under your tree?

I'm not sure how many times people can ask yet (it'll depend on how many items I feel I can distribute fairly), but my thoughts at this point are that people will post what item they want and then, if they feel so inclined (absolutely not required), they can send a gift or gifts through the gift centre for extra tree fodder! Sending them through the gift centre makes more sense, since otherwise I wouldn't be able to put the given gifts under anyone's trees until after Luminaire.

I love giving gifts and I love receiving them, gift giving events are probably my favorite. It feels so much better to get something off your wishlist when it's from someone else, and I really enjoy scanning wishlists to try to guess what the person would want most. I will absolutely be participating when this event goes live!!
