Do the snowballs still seem to be getting stuck? :o

Hi everyone - This is to let you know we are aware, and will be fixing the snowball issues after the holiday (so next week or so)

For those of you who have snowballs stuck, have you tried going to your wardrobe and updating your HA? You don't need to add/remove anything, just save it and see if that clears the snowballs for you.

We're aware and will look into this as soon as possible.

(Sorry I don't have something more to say... it's been a rough month but I wanted to at least post some sort of response to let you know we're not ignoring you.)

You just need to wear, you don't need to save or change anything.

It could just be the cache, you can give it 5-10 minutes after you click wear and see if it's gone. You might have to clear your cache or do a hard-refresh on PC (ctrl-F5) If it's still there, you may have to remove the clothing like you did. You could also get a , I generally wear this on my HA during winter months so that you don't get hit. I just drag it below my base/background and it doesn't disrupt your HA. :) (I'm actually wearing it right now, but you can't see it because i dragged it below my base and background).

This should be resolved now, along with other strange hex related caching issues on the avatar!

I've passed the info on to and he is working on it.

We deployed another fix for this about 2 hours ago. It might be a little while before we can tell, but let's hope snowballs are expiring correctly now :o

Hey everyone - just deployed another change earlier today. If you have a snowball stuck on you, try this: Open your HA image in its own browser tab and hard refresh the image.
