Quest Prizes not in inventory

Ok, this isn't cool. Buffs have completely disappeared and I just did my 1st Quest today (Cinthia). I was supposed to get:
YAY! You got them! I know JUST where I'm going to put these. And see, I didn't forget; here are some prizes just for you!

AND Sugar World AND Morty Card
I did get the sPs, not sure about the quest point, but didn't get the Sugar World or Morty Card. Now I don't feel like I can't do any quests.
[edit] I just did a Carl quest and another Cinthia and received the prizes, so am wondering if this is an issue with the Morty Cards. I'm not sure if I should continue questing.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with this, !
It was probably related to the site-wide issues from earlier. Have you encountered it again recently?
Have you tried doing an account search for the items? If you have and they still aren't showing up I would also recommend filing a ticket so a UA can look into it.
Thank you for responding. I did go ahead and finish some quests without further problems and even got another Morty card. I did notice however, that the "Buffs:" was back, which was not there when I encountered the problem. Since I did get another Morty card from another quest, I'm not going to pursue the matter, but will keep checking to make sure I get my prizes going forward.
