I just resolved your avatar issue manually, if you are having troubles with it loading make sure it is correctly wearing base features. In your case the eyes were loaded to "null" because there was an unselected eye color.

I'll make a task to make it so that this isn't possible, but the fix until then is to just select new eyes / eye color.
