Hi, sorry! We have been looking into this. We make an effort to communicate but sometimes we don't know what to say other than "We're looking into it". I feel bad if I keep commenting that without having any resolution or info to share. Sometimes I open a topic intending to comment, but then my brain is like "Wait... you can try this other thing to debug it" and I go off debugging it again, and never comment. I will try to be better about that ;;

For this issue, we traced it to very old code on the legacy shops page, and have deployed a fix! Please let us know if this is working?

In either case - Your items are safe and still in your legacy shops. The glitch is with the page not showing them / not loading correctly. We apologize for the scare, it must be shocking to go to your shop page and see everything gone D:
