Just as the subject says, it looks like my legacy shops are empty. Can not see any items. Were they wiped of items because they are no longer in use? or glitch? I was still working on emptying them

I've been having the same issue too. Items were all there and I was slowly working through emptying them, then the items were gone and I assumed it was a browser issue or something because they were back yesterday, then again today they're not showing again.

I know for sure that they're still in there because it's showing that there are multiple pages but I can't do anything with them.

I am glad I'm not alone in this! I was just coming in to report this.

Yesterday I had this issue but it was fixed after a simple refresh. Today not even a hard refresh is showing my items (each day I take out items to feed my pet)

Items must not be gone, because - according to my screenshot here- the legacy shop has PAGES worth of items. They're just not showing up.

Have been experiencing this for days as well. It's really frustrating, as I often remove items through the day, and when questing, etc., and I know they are there but have no way to manipulate them.

~ glad I'm not alone... seems to be happening to several people here anyway... yet sorry! it is happening to everyone including myself! I was getting it to load here and there a couple of times the other day but not a thing today. It's like it completely vanished, yikes! It is very frustrating :/

Yeah I haven't managed to get into the shop at all in the last couple of days now, pretty frustrating :( Hopefully someone might manage to look into it soon!

[edit] Edit to add that I've tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge and it looks exactly the same in all three browsers. I'm using Windows 10. Also looks the same on my android phone but I never really expected it to work there anyway!

I'm having this problem as well. I just came back to the site after an extended break and I can't access any of my old shops and galleries, which is a bit unnerving! I can see the pages of items listed at the top, just not the items. I'm running macOS Mojave and have tried on both Safari and Chrome.

I hope this gets fixed. Started finally really working on clearing mine out and I am down to just one left to shift all the stuff from.

I am having the same issues with my two Legacy shops. I did turn in a ticket and they verified that all of the items are still there. I was told that the lag issues may be affecting the loading of the items. I have the same problems whether I am looking with my iPad Pro Safari browser, iPad Mini through Safari browser or checking with a Microsoft computer using Firefox browser. It has been an issue since I cleared my cache in order to see the Luminaire trees and ornaments. Prior to that there was no problem moving things out of them. I wonder if it is somehow related? I have tried off and on all day and none of the items ever show up.

Now you mention it I did also clear my cache, but I don't think it's that likely to be the cause since after the shop initially looked empty it came back for a while before going again a few days ago?

. I am glad to know that. I hope they get it fixed soon. One of my legacy shops has some Cash Shop books or other now expensive books that I want to read to one of my battler pets. A lot of the items in both legacy shops are hard to get items. I sure don’t want to lose them all. cries

Still waiting for someone to do something about this. I can't imagine that all of my items are just GONE!!!! - I would be devastated!!!

Just wanted to let you know that this issue has not resolved itself as yet. It does not appear to be related to lag. Thank you for anything that can be done to help. :)

This is happening to me as well. Using safari on mobile. I have thousands of things left in my legacy shops, the largest one I've been working on, but it had over 30k items to start so it's taking me a while. I did not clear my cache to see my tree yet.

It's been very inconvenient since I can't access items that I want to give to the recycle beast for days now. It's a little unnerving that no one on staff has commented yet. I hope someone is taking a look at it soon. There are lots of things in my legacy shops that I planned to give as luminaire gifts
