i'm looking forward to getting more work done on the huge cross-stitch i'm working on. even though it won't end up that physically big, the pattern for it has 18 pages. i started it over a year ago, and i'm only nearly finished page 2. so i need to get heaps more done or i'll never get to the next three projects i have lined up already. if you're curious, this is the cross-stitch i'm working on

I'm looking forward to my internship abroad. It will start in June and I don't know where I will be working yet but I am really looking forward to the amazing memories I will make, the people I will meet and gaining my first experiences in the world of work c:

I'm having surgery on my left hand this Friday and after most of a year of not being able to use it properly I'm looking forward to it! So next year I'm going to finally learn how to crochet the things I really want to learn to make plus sew a quilt for myself. I've become more grateful for 2 hands and I am going to use them lots next year and stop procrastinating! :)

I'm looking forward to my little brother getting his life back on track. Here in a couple of days he's going to come stay with my husband and I for a bit. Over the last two years he's become an alcoholic, addicted to nicotine, and heavily into pot -- all of these things are fine, but only to a degree. He had a complete nervous breakdown over the weekend. He'll turn 25 on the 28th. I just want to see him succeed.

For 2019 I am looking forward to my 5th year aniversary withy my guy. x3 It's going to be a special one.

My daughter and her partner are getting a German Shepherd puppy, so looking forward to Grandma puppy sitting duties :D
