Having this same issue as well. Attempted to reply to a mod on a forum post, and while the normal Subeta borders and site loaded, the entire forum area was blank. Closed page, cleared everything, came back. Site was slow, took a bit to even get the same forum thread to load and my reply was not there. Typed my full reply again, attempted to post it, and got the loading bars on white again.

Its hard to get quests done, with several pages are timing out due to them just not loading.

Lag is back again and awful! I'm trying to do my quests and every page need around 10 seconds to load. This is getting ridiculous! :(

Still just as awful today as it was yesterday. I know I'm not a part of staff, but I'm thinking there needs to be a few more servers right now.

Strangely I've not experienced much lag at all while doing quests except for maybe dec 1-2nd, even when other parts of the site (I'm looking at you, forums) are lagging badly, or not loading at all. Maybe I'm just hitting the site during low traffic times or something, though.

Also, not sure if this is lag-related or something else, but is anyone else experiencing a delay to post edits?

Also noticing that half the time you post on a forum.... the post never goes through (like you post but the page goes to the top and you don't SEE your post) Doesn't happen often but it's very frustrating when it does occur.

I just came across a lag-related glitch with HA previews. It's basically the epitome of that one gif of that Pixar lamb thing that just levitates up out of the screen? The previews are moving. Like... the page behind it isn't. The previews are. And then they vanish up out of sight????

Bad in the morning, bad in the afternoon, bad at night :-) Still. Then someone seems to flush, runs smoothly for a couple of clicks, and then back to laggy.

Average page loading time is 30 sec for me. Which is worse by 1400% than any other website I try. Fun. Guess I should've asked for patience for Lumi.

The previews of the items are very laggy and take forever to load. I also got a 521 Cloudflare error 20 minutes ago.

I'm having lag issues as well, and it's only on Subeta that it's happening.

Forum posts are taking a while to load, shop buy buttons are taking a while to process (to the extent that occasionally I've bought duplicates during quests), and, today, shop search has been loading incredibly slowly. I either have to refresh or close and open a new tab to get the page to load properly.

I'm unable to RS items for Lumi and empty trees. I've missed out on a couple items now because the lag is just that terrible. It's really, REALLY putting a damper on how well I'm able to interact with the forums. Also, at times, it looks like my posts aren't going through, and I'm not sure if I actually posted anything until I try to post again.

NPC Plushie Shop was the big one for me. The site seems to give me about a half hour of no lag, and then I'm inundated with HUGE lag for a good hour, and then it goes back to being okay for a bit. It's usually when I'm having to switch between trees/vault/forum pages.

I'm getting intermittent (but frequent) lag pretty much everywhere. Trying to do quests now and the shop search pages sometimes load pretty slowly. When I played Reflection earlier, it took forever for the cards to flip for half the game, then all of a sudden things were fine. Can't say for sure, but it seems to be more related to time (comes and goes) than to specific pages.

I'm getting lag all over, one time none, then hit the same page again and gigantic lag. No error code, sorry.

I've been having pretty severe issues with on avatar previews not loading/giving me a broken image or at the very least taking a very long time before they show up whenever I hover over and item for a few days now and it's really annoying when trying to buy things (especially when I was going through the cash shop for the sale).. I ended up using subetalodge to see the previews instead. it sounds like this might be related to the other lag people are reporting here..?
