It seems extra bad this morning. Pages take about a minute to finish loading, if they load at all. The vault, forums, wardrobe, quick stocking, and editing my shop are the worst areas of the site for me.

Same here. its been awful for a good few days/weeks, I never understand why it happens so much here in Sub, despite all the work that staff do to improve it, including all the extra servers that were brought in, and the updates to the site in general.
I too have to reload pages in the hope of getting them to load.

It was terrible doing quests yesterday. I had the shop search page freeze on me multiple times after I clicked buy. If I waited about a minute or longer, it finally processed the sale. I just learned that if pages aren't loading, to close out that tab and try again. Haven't started my quests yet today, but I know it will be a slow process again, since HA previews for items took forever to load the image. It would be nice if we could get an update from staff, since they did say they would try to communicate better.

Once again the lag is back for me as well and pretty bad no matter where I go or try to go on the site. For the past two or three days the site has been running pretty smoothly for me, except for a few hiccups here and there but nothing I couldn't deal with. Today though is a different story all the way around.

It was ok or at least on and off in pockets for this morning but it has been pretty nonstop painful for at least an hour. Somethings do OK if I just close the window and reopen, we keep going but ...

For some reason setting alerts to buy another scratchcard has been the one random almost always ridiculous slow things for me for weeks.

And I'm finding that when I get locked up trying to purchase and item, close the window and re-shop-search... ok it opens fast. Triple refresh my inventory I didn't actually purchase the item. Purchase one, turn it in, check inventory, still not there... Two minutes later BAM it is in my inventory. Did I pay for it? I don't know. Is that the one I clicked to buy that after two minutes of nothing I closed the window... and.. I have had it happen before. Today three times and I haven't attempted to do that many quests today...

I know exactly what you're talking about with buying items. It's happening to me pretty frequently but I kinda forgot about it. In my case, I am indeed being charged for the extra items I received. It's really annoying when it's a high price item for a quest or something.

I remember this occurring many years ago. The lag would cycle differently for different people. I'm glad at least this issue has been identified, as I was wondering about it myself. Crossing fingers for a fix ^^

Im barely able to do quests with the lag. I get 2 quests done then bam it virtually stops loading for 7 minutes

Trying to do Major Drills quests is impossible because the pages won't load properly for games.

I have had the slow almost stopped loading for days. It is still happening now, although I got all my wizard quests done just now and It only stopped once during that time. That is the best I have had yet. But now I have to leave for the day argh! It seems like its on a cycle for me a few good minutes then hit hits. I've not done all my quests in days because of this.

Almost every single page right now is taking literal minutes to load. Something definitely got worse between yesterday and today. It was that sometimes a page would load fast, sometimes it would seem to get "stuck" and load and load. You could stop the page and refresh and it would come right up most of the time. That was the last few days. Yesterday evening and today is another story. For me, it is every page.

EDIT: gotta laugh. I post this and seem to be having a burst of fast pages again. Did something change?

edit2: Yup seems I have a mix of fast and slow again. So weird.

can we do a server reset back to before something broke? maybe it wont be broken again.

For the last hour or so, it's been the fastest since a month, and pretty stable too. So whatever the last thing was you did, this seems to work!

i really no understand what is happend here again?! the last year ends with this laggy site problem, and start new with this. we have a limit time to get tokens for the new years shop, but how we can finish a quest if it takes so long time till site finish load?

that is very frustrating and i lose the desire to play, It's just disappointing, really... you always give us renewals, but wouldn't it be better to work on this problem first than to give us new things that you can't use, or only very limited? is only a question, nothing more...

Seems to be moving faster for me ATM.

Everything is so much faster this morning (now) and I love it. ^_^ Thank you! Not getting any major lag spikes or endless loading.
