- I'm in Southern California...not much of a mosquito problem here thank goodness but I came here from Nebraska where the mosquito might as well be the state bird...they were big and always hungry...ouch!

Just got home from work...tired...and hungry so off I go to the kitchen to see if there is anything good in there :)

The mosquitos here are tiny, they're the so-called 'tiger mosquito' but their sting is bad. I think they winter over and are active as soon as some of the snow melts.

I dont remember doing anything like that in 2011 the last half of the year was a very bad time in my life and I wasn't on much that is when my daughter was in a car accident that left her in a coma for 3 monthes
