Hey ...try not to worry...easy to say that but I think worry can just make it worse...instead find memory tricks...write notes...those sticky notes are my best help and I make little lists too. I think stress can make things worse so try to relax ❤

I am not on that often so I am not really prepapred to put much in... But if I have a few days left I'll see what I can come up with!

It is very frightening. There are things you can do, writing down is a great idea (I have to do that) and also brain games (write down to do them). Do not despair friend. When you are thinking you want to throw in the towel, remember that it is worth it to be here, in pain, in sickness, in worry-state: once you are gone it is forever. You found out many of the tests you took the results were;'t as bad as the worry about the results. You will continue to remember the people that are important and the things that are important. Something somebody said 3 minutes ago might not be important enough to remember when you are worried about other things, and in pain. hugs I pray for you
