Gosh be careful that’s a rough way to feel and probably caused you to either throw up or running to the bathroom. Scary to because use could have begun at the store or the temperature they kept any refrigerated items before they delivered them to you.

nods I couldn't hold anything down and the mere thought of food nauseated me. It must have happened at the store. God knows they do enough recalls on food these days.

That was my thought! Recalls always happening of course after people have consumed the food and got sick.

You must have been miserable, keep eye on expiration date on everything, too. SOmetimes stores like to sell old stock to get rid of it.

Not much, I have been on my foot to much today. So this evening is sit and relax, maybe a good movie or two. I wont be up late I have something to do in the morning.

It was hurting, but sitting with foot up on the lounger helps a lot.
