Can't Add Boutique Items to Cart

For some reason there is no option to add single items from different Boutique to the cart because I remember we used to be able to do so.

They havent added the cart option to the boutique yet
I remember we could before but then again that was along time ago before this revamp happened

Yeah, with the new revamp, it just hasn't been added to the boutique pages yet. It's not a bug. addressed it in the Black Friday news comments and it will be added eventually
It's also been mentioned on this site updates thread where you can submit feedback about the Cash Shop. Being able to add the cart to Boutique and other places will return <3
